PAYMENT: Full payment required by Wednesday, November 26th at Roller & Associates office in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks up to $2,000, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (There is an additional 3% Buyers Payment Premium which will be waived if paying in cash or equivalent or if a bank letter of guarantee is provided with checks).

INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no on-site bidding.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on Wednesday, November26th or on Monday, December 1st between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. No removal from the 27th - 30th.
